What bothers me is that it was tested on a very good PSU.

Of course it would be logical to go for a good PSU instead of a bad PSU + Stablizer but still.

in the review you can also read, that the stabilizer doesn't help if you have a bad PSU, it won't stop/prevent system crashes due to a bad PSU
