| i need to flash my bios to install new prescott cpu i've never done this before i've downloaded the latest bios and flash utility alt + f2 doesn't work and i dont know how to create a bootable cd or floppy. can anyone give me some advice on what to do. |

| i've just tried the create ms-dos boot disk option in my computer but that didn't work when i tried to boot from it (this is really starting to do my head in) |

| got drdflash to work copied bios and flash utility to the floppy but when A:> appeared on screen my usb keyboard wouldn't work. do i need a ps2 keyboard to use this disk? |

| finally done it but my hard drive wasn't recognized afterwards, 2 days and a lot of searching after and i realised that the onboard sata controller(i think thats what it called anyway) had been disabled during flash. and i was just about to bin my hdd aswell! |
