The KAMAKAZE by Scythe of Japan, the cooler is also based on slightly flowered pin design, and comes with mounting hardware for AMD or Intel, 80mm fan, and built-in Rheostat which mounts in the rear PCI slot. All this for $31USA. It simply trounced the SLK700, and the amazing thing in the review I've linked you to, is the unit excelled at the highest temps!
