AM2 seems to be only interesting to people who need a pc now & dont have an S939 already. feels weird for AMD to release equal labeling (both 3500+) and see the AM2 mostly beaten by the oldie... it's basically saying: "guys, if you got S939, stick with it for now!".

if they dont come up with something more worthwhile, chances are Intel is gonna take back a good piece of the enthousiast market.

only for people that must get a new PC and even then a conroe ready mobo with the cheapo dualcore is a better solution


same situation existed when 939 was new that the old 754 chips with the same rating where faster
