F*ck this gromacs, 734 (p736 protein)

25 min/frame

(100 of them) and this on an XP3200. Total time ~35h and only 128 points, man I hate this one

hm, seems like MediaPlayer used veeeeeeeery much CPU power, now it's only 11min/frame
