will try to make the quick-edit and news menu a selectable item in the user profile so you can enable/disable it, will have to do some research to see how this is done though

I do not thing the new forum look looks weird

But you are right JMKe, i only use the "New Post" button.

you are using wide-screen 1900 pixels wide, enough room to play, I have to make sure the forum & site is fully functional at 1024 width, the majority of users still use that resolution

@piotke: I have changed the lenght of the news posts and reduced the column size, I'm testing it now in IE at 1024 at it looks okay, let me know what you think

hmmm, hitting refresh on the forum index gives you different results... same as in the past in fact, it's just more visible now, take a look here, in IE just F5'ing the forum gives you this

Under "Thread View Options" you can now select Yes/No for the newposts on the main forum view
