Article 22 of the EC Treaty allows the Council of Ministers to introduce new CO2-taxes for citizens, acting on a proposal from the European Commission. The Treaty ensures taxes will be imperative for folders upon reaching 500.000 points as this milestone equals the needed power consumption for the average sized town.

I've had it !!!! All these regulations of the the EC !!!

It's time for something else, I don't see much competition anymore from my fellow madshrimpers, so I decided to 'have' a new challenge and I'm going to search some aliens in space for a while.

that would be a waste of energy . I'd start again if that'd convince you to continue folding, but I don't realy have a lot of cpu-power to throw in the competition
