Default css suggestion (hyperlink color)

The current css defines the color of a link as white, just as the rest of the text. I find it pretty annoying to search for the links in a text.

Can the color be changed to blue (normal) or bordeaux (mad-style )?

Current code:
a:link { color: #FFFFFF; text-decoration:none;}

Blue (dark):
a:link { color: #000080; text-decoration:none;}

Bordeaux:
a:link { color: #800000; text-decoration:none;}
