stop FAH4console
delete content of "work" folder, delete queue.dat
restart FAH4console

BTW: are you 24/7 on the forum? That was a very fast reply, and on this hour

the F@H client tries to connect to server X for getting a new WU, but that server is either down or not giving out new WU's, deleting work folder + queue.dat file will force the FAHclient to reinitialise and connect to another server

haven't you figured out yet that I'm a bot?
