jmke 3rd June 2004 21:41

kr15t0f 3rd June 2004 21:44

I think this is my first, but I hope it will also be the last of that kind.

I had three of them already.

the p638_L939_K12M_ext are also a pain in the ***, 128 points but they take as much time as a 2xx one. had 3 of them already :grum:

jmke 15th June 2004 10:15

p638_L939_K12M_ext have hit all my folding rigs, setting back production by quite a bit :-/

kr15t0f 15th June 2004 10:19

:D seems like they are real tough

I'm folding one of these now :'(
8 minutes/frame * 400 :x

187(V)URD@ 15th June 2004 15:59

mine 4.43 minutes :)

Devroush 15th June 2004 16:25

I take 13min/frame for them I think, so quit whining :)

kr15t0f 16th June 2004 11:30

Protein: p1090_RN24_extended nooooooooooooo
:(

100 frames/ @ 13 minutes

2 minutes less with -forceSSE

jmke 18th June 2004 23:42

239 WU's are being folded now, approx 31 hours away from submitting 4 of those WU's.. which is pretty lousy, seeing as I can submit more then 400 points in gromacs in 1 day.. blah.

jmke 20th June 2004 12:09

tinkers have left the building :woot:

back to folding speedy Gromacs cores ;)

:( this WU will take very long before it's finished. But there seems to be something wrong. My last frame was 7 minutes instead of 17 minutes. there is still hope :D

jmke 2nd July 2004 18:49

time per frame seems to flucuate a lot for these Gromacs apparantly

that are just differences of 2 minutes. But I had 1 of 7 minutes and now 16 minutes. That's a much bigger difference.
