Vacation's half way
(editors note: there's something seriously wrong when you want your vacation to end to get back to your bench setup )

Got some HW lined up ready to go:

4890
5770
GTS250
GTX280
GTX285
8600GT
8800Ultra
I smell points

HW Prices here in Brazil are still nuts, saw a P8P67 Deluxe in a shopping mall store for 1099Real = 491€!!! One of the next days I'll stop at the Sao Paulo computer district (yes, they have an entire block of streets with one shop next to the other). Hope that prices there are a bit better but I doubt it.
If you're looking for really old stuff you can also find it there

Went to the stores today. Loads of recent HW one small shop next to the other.
Prices are too expensive though. To give an idea:

990X: 2990Real = 1308€
i7-2600: 1080Real = 472€

All this nice HW and all too expensive

Ran some benches on the HP laptop of my father in law, all default stuff.
Surprisingly managed to gain some points in PCMark05 and 3DMark03.

Back from holidays.
This weekend it's bench time
3 of the 'new' cards are still in transit. Other 11 have arrived.
Feels like Christmas morning present opening
