* EVGA SSC GTX 275 : 24 points; 1 Bronze cup
Definately need to voltmod this one as it maxes out at 700 in most benches and clocking higher lowers score.

Swapped H70 for H100 on gaming rig.

+ Fans now connect to the pump top.
+ Expandable with 2 additional fans (4 in total)
+ Easu connection system for AM3 (simply click's on the existing mounting plate).
+ Lighted push button on top of pump to set 3 different fan speeds.
+ Prepared for Corsiar Link system
+ Rad is less thick (easier to mount)
+ Price: 99€ (already less)
+ Keeps CPU cooler than H70

- Corsair could've included the addes screws to mount the 2 additional fans
- Pusing button to set fan speed requires opening case
- During boot fans shortly speed up to highest setting

this is normal behavior and is good too, give fans 12v (full speed) to make sure they spin, before undervolting, as some fans don't start at lower voltage but will run at lower voltage once spinning

Yes, but it's possible to do it differently, startup at low voltage.
It's the reason why I swapped my 5970 (same loud spin up issue at boot) for the GTX580. If you're not interested in silence it's no biggie. But If you want to keep things not too loud after a while it becomes annoying.

But otherwise it's a great product.

uhm; not all fans start up at low voltage hence the sudden burst to 12v and then downscaling.
some noise at startup is nothing bad as long as it's silent afterwards

Voltmod of 7800GT completed. Core (hardwired) and memory A (pencil). Already went from 490 to 530 on the core, but card is getting too hot for further increases. Need to find a better cooler to replace the stock one.
