![]() | 2nd indeed. The main issue was BCLK, obviously. For Superpi, we could go up to 230x21 and hit 8.375s, which was the same as Gendo/Wava, but for 3Dmark01, we had to lower to 207x21, because higher wasn't stable. The reason for that is a setting called low-speed QPI or something like that. Basicly, this setting messes with the PCI-e bandwidth, which makes it possible to hit high BCLK frequencies. Sadly enough, the VGA bandwidth through the PCI-e gets hit hard as well, so we had to enable the high-speed QPI frequency setting for 3D benchmarking. 207x21 was no match for the 220x21 the other team was able to bench at, so 2nd place is definitly the correct one. |
