It seems Massman & Petit are off to a good start

Good news via the spy network :

Question : I heard all the teams will get 5 pcs of Core i7-975 and pick the best for competition.

Answer : true... chips are lower than what i expected. ~5.3 for most of them... i got one that can do 5.4 for 32m pi. seems massman and thomas is getting a monster chip that can do 5.5 with ht enabled and do 32m bench

That would be cool for 3dmarking

Eerste insight is dat Massman en Petit een 5.5Ghz HT on CPU hebben... dat moet mooie scores opleveren , fugger weer een 10Ghz CPU lol
