Voltage of the GPU
  • Standard voltage = 1.30v
  • IC: RT9232
  • Link to datasheet
  • FB = pin5 = 622 ohm => 5k or 10k VR between pin5 and GND (pin7)
  • No OVP, no OCP



Voltage of the MEMORY
  • Standard voltage = 1.90v
  • IC: RT9232
  • Link to datasheet
  • FB = pin5 = 594 ohm => 5k or 10k VR between pin5 and GND (pin7)
  • No OVP, no OCP
  • Memory type: Samsung K4J52324QC-BJ11
  • Maximum voltage determined by manufacturer: 2.5V

I don't have any 5k VR's lying around anymore. 10k is good for low increase in V, but you'll need 5k if you want to increase voltage by a lot and still have some decent control over it.
