things i hate about nvidia('s drivers)

i have a geforce 2 mx classic - i overclocked my pc , also the vidcart (=msi starforce 817) @ 196/196 passive cooling (only an 92mm intake fan @ the agp's height,
my 3dmark2001se score is 3260 atm , http://service.madonion.com/compare?2k1=3673806 .

when i compared this score with others geforce2mx classsic (@ the 3dmark2001 thread here ), its a good score - but i cannot compare it right cause all the geforce2mx 's and geforce mx400's show the same name 'geforce2mx/mx400' .

I have about 2600 marks with my GF2 mx (also MSI starforce, dunno the exact number, passive cooled) on a P3 1ghz

so I think it's pretty good

the starforce 816 has a tv-out module ; the 817 hasn't

817 it is (no TV out)
Bought it in oktober of 2000, still enough for that pc

a gf2mx 'classic' IS a gf2mx400

(or not the same, but no difference in performance, no better overclock, ...)

maybe they overclock the same , but a mx 400 has 32 or 64 MB ram - and a classic only 32 Mb.
