 |  Synology DS-409+ Network Attached Storage Device Review Storage device maker Synology introduced the DS-409+ a few months ago into a market filled with competitors. The NAS sector is booming right now as small businesses and even home users are realizing the benefits of a NAS: less power draw, persistent backup, media services, and compact units. The DS-409+, as the name alludes, is a business-class four-bay device ready to serve up a variety of protocols, services, and other devices to a network.
