 |  Spansion files lawsuit against Samsung Flash maker Spansion has filed a lawsuit against Samsung Electronics, accusing the South Korean electronics giant of multiple patent violations. The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Delaware and Spansion also filed an official complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission -- with the flash maker deciding to make a case with the ITC because the commission will likely move faster than U.S. courts. http://www.cdfreaks.com/news/15220-S...t-Samsung.html |
