 |  Norco Technologies DS-1000 Storage System Review Ultimately, the DS-1000 is a serious Storage System designed to replace the need for packing more than six hard drives in to a computer server case. IT pros generally need the hot swap function since they are often replacing or upgrading drives. I would at least give Norco Technologies serious consideration in terms of the base unit.
