![]() | For those who frequently use Skype, I can't see a reason not to buy the Logitech Cordless Internet Handset. The menus are easy to navigate through and the phone is easily synced with a Skype contact list, so all that is required to make calls is a PC with Skype running. The phone can do the rest. Call quality is great and installation is as simple as it gets. Best of all, it allows freedom from sitting at the PC with the familiarity of a simple landline or cell phone. Highly recommended all the way around!http://www.tweaknews.net/reviews/log...ernet_handset/

![]() | For those who make a lot of phone calls, especially international calls, getting the bill can be quite a shock whether using a landline or a cell phone. An alternative to those costly bills would be to install Skype and use a PC to make free calls to other PC's (or calls to landlines and cell phones for a fee). The only requirements are a computer with broadband internet access and a headset with a microphone, making the service accessible to almost anyone. Since its launch in 2003, Skype has experienced rapid growth and popularity which spawned an increase in third party accessories like the Logitech Cordless Internet Handset that I'll be reviewing today. With a range of up to 50 meters indoors and 10 hours of talk time, one can enjoy all the conveniences of Skype without being tied to the PC. Let's check it out. http://www.tweaknews.net/reviews/log...ernet_handset/

![]() | Been using Skype since the date it was released. The sound quality has improved greatly in the last two years. I like using it when I travel overseas. Even Hotels in China have DSL connection making a call home fast and easy from a USB phone. I use VTech skype phone, too bad it does not support Vista yet.
