Today the new X58 motherboard from Asrock arrived at my doorstep; having a lot of work to do, I can just present you the pictures for now. Expect more in the near future!

It seems that the motherboard undervolts incredibly:

BIOS - Windows(idle) - Windows(load)

1.3 - 1.27 - 1.232

That's what the term 'supercomputer' stands for: being able to put 2 dual core videocards in one system .

Alright...dissappointing to still see legacy connectors in 2009...but love the instant boot!! Any one know where I can get 4Gb sticks of 2000 7 8 7 20 ram so I can max this board out??

I reckon you're referring to the new Elpida chips? IIRC, they are already available, but ... are you willing to pay $500 for one kit?
