This GTX 1070 Ti variant is almost typical of AMP! Extreme editions. The exception is due to Nvidia's policy of not allowing its AIC partners to have out-of-the-box factory overclocks. The reason is simply to place a space between this and the GTX 1080. While naturally, the GTX 1070 Ti falls between the GTX 1070 and the GTX 1080, the performance is somewhat close to the latter. Many claim its due to Vega's presence. It would be easier to believe that if VEGA series graphic cards were easily available with its power consumption staying in the similar levels as with the Pascal architecture.
