Zalman Wins Patent Lawsuit Against PC Cooler
 

Seoul, Korea – June 17, 2008 – Zalman has finally won the final utility/registered design patent infringement lawsuit (a total of 17 cases) against PC Cooler in China, after almost two year lasting efforts. In accordance with the final judgment of GuangZhou Hig People’s Court in China, PC Cooler who has manufactured imitation products to export all over the world must compensate Zalman approximately $158,000 USD (RMB￥1,070,000) and cease all patent infringing manufacturing and sales activities. Zalman plans to keep exercising strict enforcement of strong measures against other cases of patent infringing activities by such manufacturers and retailers. Through this action, Zalman hopes it can help bring more business opportunity to its customers promoting its products in various ways.
