 |  Zalman Noiseless VGA Cooler Review Here you want to add another rubber ring and then screw on the gold nipple (what the manual calls it, I swear). Hold the gold nipple with one hand and screw the front screw down to tighten it into the gold nipple. http://www.ocia.net/reviews/vgacool/zalman.shtml
