Zalman HD160 HTPC Enclosure
 

Overall my experience with the Zalman HD160 HTPC Chassis is a good one. The quality of the materials and precision of it's fit and finish are best of class. Installing your system in here can be a time consuming task, but that's the way with pretty much all HTPC cases. They're made for solid stability, not hardware speed switching so I can not fault Zalman for that.
