Default YouTube Ordered to Remove "Illegal" Copyright Blocking Notices

The recording industry may be celebrating a victory today but you and I both know that Google won't take this lying down. Music collecting society and anti-piracy group GEMA has scored a big victory in its long-running battle with Google-owned YouTube. A court has ordered the video giant to remove blocking messages which claim GEMA is to blame for thousands of videos being unavailable in Germany on copyright grounds.
