The next step would be phase change cooling, direct die phase change cooling which is with a block attached to your processor, or in the use with water-cooling also called a waterchiller.



Today I'm looking at the Vapochill Lightspeed from Asetek, a company with roots in the overclocking and cooling scene. They've been producing vapochill systems for a long time now, and they've gained ground on the water-cooling market as well with their Waterchill line of products. So what is that phase change im talking about?
