Default XFX R7970 Double Dissipation @ ocaholic

Meanwhile one month has passed since AMD lifte the NDA regarding their latest high end graphics cards: the Radeon HD 7970. We now got a sample from XFX which is called the R7970 Double Dissipation and it ships with a custom cooler. Therefore this card has just partially been designed according to the AMD reference design.
