For me at least, yes, and it is also one of the easiest recommendations I can give. If you are looking for a fantastic, story-based RPG with a lot to offer, this is what you want. There are only two reasons I can think of for a gamer to not want this game: no machine powerful enough to play it on, and a fear of 100+ hours to play.
