Windows Vista 64-Bit only available for OEM?
 
A reader from our site recently went to a seminar about Windows Vista, when he asked them about the availability of the 64-bit version of the OS he was told that most likely Vista will follow in the footsteps of Windows XP 64-bit, meaning: only available to OEM, not in retail.

Much like the Inquirer reported in June 2004 concerning the Windows XP 64-bit version and it seems not much has changed since then, although the majority of PCs out there are 64-bit capable. The only way to get Vista 64-bit will be through buying a PC which comes packed with the new OS;
