USB 3.1 Type-C is coming, and Microsoft looks to be ready for it. As Neowin reports, the outline of a session from next month's WinHEC conference suggests Windows 10 will have out-of-the-box support for the reversible USB connector—and, more importantly, the new capabilities it enables, including expanded power delivery and providing transport for standards like DisplayPort.
