| What motherboard maker brand names does your PC illiterate friend know? How well known are motherboard brand names? If you mention Abit, MSI, DFI, Asrock, etc to a friend of yours who's not into PC hardware, does he looks puzzled? What brands do they know?

| so your none tech savvy friends, who didn't buy his own PC, maybe ordered a dell, knows names like DFI ? I'm not talking about your friends who ARE into PC hardware, but the other kind

| maybe put in the option "none" some of my friends only now if they have a ati of geforce videocard, or p4 or AMD. The rest of the specs are quickly forgotten |
