that's not true; ANY case fan in rear will do. bigger is better, but not a requirement in my humble opinion

It is, because the 120mm fan size allows qiuet to silent operation with 800-1200 RPM and still moves sufficent air.

it's adviced, not required

e.g.: for Prescott PC, rear exhaust fan (min 80mm) is required
