 |  Western Digital calls foul in Tosh sale We matched rival's bids Western Digital said it matched rival bidders' offers to acquire Japanese conglomerate Toshiba's flash memory unit which implies that Tosh was doing its best not to sell the until to its partner. Western Digital, in court documents filed July 7, said it has made six proposals since February, including a proposal on June 27 matching the best offer.
