Default Waterblock Homemade with heat pipe

Another reflexion which this project inspired to us, it is to know if the presence of wings in the waterblock would not improve the performances yet, the contact with water would be still better and would allow a more important heat exchange, it would just be necessary not to break the flow and to make it possible water to correctly cross them! And if we plaçions a small ventilator above in order to creating a column of aspiration?
I have several ideas which trottent in my head in order to still improve perhaps the performances, from where his name of EVO1, but it will be for the continuation...
