"and they back their cards with a lifetime warranty that we have seen them stand behind."

Visiontek Corporate office is 10 miles from my house. Not exactly, they have poor customer service call in support, my visiontek with a busted fan was not replaced with only 3 months usage.

The fan bearing was defective and making a lot of noise. What ended up was Visiontek told me they no longer carry the fan. I got a 3rd party sink+fan afterward.

I had another card three years ago, which was brand new (retail box) that just dropped dead after two hours. I called and stopped by the office (warehouse). They told me to mail it in. I told the guy I lived only 10 miles away and the post office was farther away. Finally I talked to the service manager who gave me a replacement.

That was before Visiontek turned to ATI.

the lower grade workers have to follow strict guidelines I guess, not allowing customers to drop cards directly at the workshop. "service manager" has the rights to override these guidelines I guess
