Win2k3 is faster on the same hardware, that's what I've experienced anyway.

and if you are using it as a fileserver it will be faster on 2003
if you are using it as domain controller (;p) it will up 400% faster:)

My gaming experiences suck with windows 2003, that's why I'm going back to win2k sp4 :).
