Dear Razer Onza fans,

This is an update on the availability of the Razer Onza Xbox 360 controllers. We literally received thousands and thousands of pre-orders which swamped our systems.

In short, it’s our bad for not anticipating the demand and we’ve been working our butts off to meet the pre-order demand. And we’re pleased to update everyone that the initial lots of pre-orders are being fulfilled as we speak from various warehouses around the world. We are working in overdrive mode and are targeting to complete the shipping of all our pre-orders within the next 14 days as we speak.

Once again, it’s our fault that we didn’t anticipate the demand, but hang in there – once the orders have been shipped out and the dust has settled, we’ll do a little something for our loyal (and patient) supporters. We appreciate your support and faith in us and we’ll be contacting you directly with our mea culpa soon so do stay tuned!
