The British court has once again proven they have no tolerance for tomfoolery or sarcastic apologies from Apple. In light of all of the problems Apple has caused concerning the court order to make an apology to Samsung, the court has ordered Apple to pay all legal fees associated with the lawsuit. The judgement, intended to humiliate Apple, will require the company to pay for all expenses associated with Samsung's legal defense, with any disputes over the exact amount likely to be resolved in the latter firm's favor.
