Default TSMC to reportedly delay 10nm risk production, first chips now expected by 2017

According to some rumors, TSMC may be planning to delay the risk production of 10nm chips by two quarters, delaying the launch of 10nm chips. Before TSMS, it was reported that Intel has decided to delay the mass production of 10nm chips. So it is starting to look like 10nm chips may not be here...
