 |  Thermaltake "no ouch" XJOG USB Fan The fan hums along and is for all purposes silent. The blades are made of a flexible material which likens itself to naugahyde. Seeing how it is toted as ouch less, I decided to temp fate and thrust my finger into the fan blades path.
