 |  Thermaltake Extreme Spirit North and South Bridge Cooling Kit Anyone that has tried their hand at overclocking their computer knows the one thing that can throw a wrench into the gears of an overclocking project is an overheating Northbridge. When you stop and think about all of the work that the North Bridge chip does; whether it be on an Intel or AMD board you can understand why heat is this chips worst enemy.
