uhm.. it looks to me like the XP-90 is larger actually.. anyway, you can not go wrong the with the XP-120 if you motherboard allows it

that heatsink is KICK *** !

Taller than XP-120 at 63mm without fan not longer and wider.

XP-90:
L110 x W125 x H63 (mm) Fin only, without fan
360g (heat sink only)

XP-120:
L110 x W125 x H63 (mm) Fin only, without fan
370g (heat sink only)

Que? exact same size? That's an error surely?
