Thermalright SI-97 Socket A Heatsink

Lately, owners of AMD Socket A systems have had reason to be sad, since all the new and cool (figuratively and literally) heatsinks coming from Thermalright have been geared toward P4 and AMD64 systems. With the fade from the limelight of Socket A systems, this is not really surprising, but as it turns out, Thermalright has at least one more trick up its sleeve for the aging platform. The heatsink we're looking at today, the SI-97, is a brand new heatsink cut from XP-120/XP-90 cloth, but made for use on the Socket A platform. We'll put it through its paces, and see if AMD XP owners have a reason to rejoice.
