Thermalright Chill Factor Thermal Paste

Competing well with Arctic Silver 5, the Chill Factor might be a
great alternative due in part to its great advantages. For one, you get a
lot of thermal compound for the same price as other premium thermal
compounds. Also, it should appeal to beginners and enthusiasts alike as
beginners can relax due to its electrical non-conductivity and ease of
application while enthusiasts will love the performance and value.

looks alright, but the test is not convincing. they admit they dont follow the recommended way to apply the thermal paste for other competitors "For the sake of consistency".

that's a load of bullocks. if you're testing different things, you use them the way they're supposed to be used.
