 |  There is Not an R9 AMD Class Lawsuit I just got off the phone with Chris Hook, Sr. Director, Global Marketing and Public Relations, Radeon Technologies Group at AMD, and he stated that Newegg's mailer sent to me stating there was an "R9 class action lawsuit settlement" is "categorically untrue." So as we suspected, you can chalk this up to someone at Newegg fat-fingering the wrong tickbox when sending out the GTX 970 Class Action Lawsuit mailer, which we know for a fact is true.
