Default Synology Brings Advanced Product Replacement Service to 28 European Countries

Synology Inc. today implemented Synology Replacement Service Europe (SRSE) for its XS and XS+ series NAS server, which expedites the process of replacing defective products and optimizes system uptime.

"We are doing our utmost to maximize server availability and protect users' investments with premium services," said Mike Chen, managing director of Synology UK. In the event of server failures, a replacement product will be sent to the user even before the defective item being returned to Synology. Additionally, Synology will ship a replacement product as early as the next business day after receiving users' SRSE application. Please visit this page for more information.
