Default Swiftech™ introduces the "MCRES-MICRO" small for factor reservoir

Signal Hill, CA - Friday September 16, 2005 - Swiftech™ today announced the release of the new MCRES-MICRO reservoir for liquid-cooled computers. Designed to operate quietly and reliably with high flow pumps such as Swiftech's MCP350 and MCP655 models, the patent pending design features an angled baffle forcing the turbulent flow at the bottom of the reservoir. This allows it to function without air entrainment at low fluid levels and affords extended usage without refills of approximately 2 years. "High performance liquid cooled systems have specific requirements. While the trend of placing the reservoir in a 5 1/4" bay addresses convenience, it sacrifices a CD-Rom slot and requires somewhat fequent maintenance for refills. We wanted something that was just as convenient, sort of a "fit anywhere" device, reduce maintenance, while addressing the specific needs of high-flow systems. The MCRES-MICRO does just that" said Gabriel Rouchon, Swiftech's Chairman.
