| Stardock Sues Ex-Employee for $1M Let me get this straight...a single employee that allegedly deleted marketing data turned your game into a pile o' crap, riddled with bugs and broken AI? Umm, okay. Stardock says in its filing that the loss of the materials led to a detraction from programming, debugging, and other responsibilities, and Elemental was subsequently unsuccessful in the marketplace, "earning a fraction of its anticipated profits and causing [Stardock] damages of over $1,000,000". http://www.hardocp.com/news/2012/08/...ployee_for_1m/ |
