 |  Stale Mac Pro lineup has pro users concerned Apple's top-of-the-line workstation, the Mac Pro, hasn't been updated in well over a year, waiting on Intel's delayed (and delayed again) Sandy Bridge-E based Xeon processors. The previous upgrade cycle was equally as long, nearly 18 months. Now, rumors are circulating that Apple management has been contemplating just pulling the plug on the Mac Pro altogether. According to sources speaking to AppleInsider, a planned Mac Pro revision has been in the works for quite some time, but Apple management has been debating its fate as far back as May 2011.
